"I don't know, all I know is if Mariah is on time and J. Lo was never late, you don't be late. 'American Idol' has started at the same time for ten years," Braxton said during an appearance on "Anderson Live." "You don't be late. It's live television. Period."

While "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest let the world know that Minaj was stuck in traffic at the opening of the live performance show, the judge took to Twitter to let the world know why she was tardy for the live show.

"Stuck in traffic *sighs*," Minaj tweeted Wednesday.

"Are you kidding me," Minaj exclaimed on the show.

The 30-year-old rapper and "American Idol" judge left her seat at the judge's table before threatening to leave the show along with Finch after weeks of singing his praises

"Curtis, if you go home, I go home," Minaj told him on Thursday night's episode of "American Idol." I definitely think Curtis should not be in the bottom two ... I mean-- come on, America, are you kidding me?"

The rapper ultimately decided to continue her duties as a judge as Finch was forced to exit the competition after being voted off.
