Tami Roman Talks 'Basketball Wives' Return
Tami Roman, the "Extant" actress who rose to popularity on the VH1 reality television series "Basketball Wives," is speaking up about the show's return.
Although Roman, 44, has her hands in multiple ventures including a CBS dramatic series, some are still interested in seeing her return to "Basketball Wives."
When one fan questioned Roman about the possible return of "Basketball Wives," she took to Twitter in response.
"Ive' heard the dead rises..you never know," Roman tweeted.
Roman's former "Basketball Wives" co-star and fitness guru, Evelyn Lozada, has directed her fans to question the show's producer and fellow cast member Shaunie O'Neal about the show's return.
The fitness spokesperson and entrepreneur previously admitted that she had no idea whether the show would return for a sixth season after the fourth season sparked outrage due to its violent nature and the fifth season dropped in ratings.
"I don't even know if there's gonna be another season," Lozada told omg! Insider last year. "You know, I know that I signed on to do five seasons and I did five seasons."
Still, the reality television star said the show brought positive aspects to her life like providing her daughter with an education.
"Reality TV, although there's a lot of negativity, it's been more positive for me," Lozada told omg! Insider. "I was able to do a lot of things because of the show … I was able to put my daughter through college because of it."
Lozada may not be interested in returning to the hit VH1 reality television show, but she may instead involve herself with a spin-off from the popular show.
Lozada has said, "I signed on to do five seasons and this is our fifth. I don't really see me doing a sixth season. I know I can carry my own show, pretty much carried this one," according to The Huffington Post.
