After Taylor Swift and boyfriend Calvin Harris returned from a tropical holiday to celebrate the first year anniversary of their relationship, rumors and speculations about the two getting married this year have become stronger than ever. And when that happens, rumors suggest that Swift's longtime BFF Selena Gomez will have the honor and responsibility to be her Maid of Honor.
Swift and the Scottish DJ, Harris became a couple in March last year. Since the two became public about their relationship, they undeniably increased their throng of followers, thanks to the perception that their relationship is an ideal one. However, apart from being ideal, their partnership also symbolizes combined financial powers as Forbes ranked them as the highest paid celebrity couple in June last year.
While it's true that both Swift and Harris don't keep their relationship under wraps, the same thing cannot be said about their wedding plans. Nonetheless, the latest news surrounding the nuptial of the two is that Selena Gomez will be Swift's Maid of Honor on her big day as revealed by the upcoming March 28 issue of OK magazine. According to Hollywood Life, OK! also reveals that Gomez will be paired with Harris' brother, Edward Wiles, as he acts as the Groom's Man.

Hollywood Life further cited the OK! report saying that Swift is already near completing her stellar wedding entourage which, reportedly, will include Karlie Kloss, Cara Delevingne, Gigi Hadid, Hailee Steinfeld, and Jack Antonoff. However, the supposed "Wedding of the Year" may not feature Kendal Jenner as it has been reported that Swift is at loggerheads with her former friend over her rumored relationship with Swift's former flame, Harry Styles of One Direction.
In an earlier article, Hollywood Life suggested that Swift can be instrumental in altering Gomez's supposed cynic view on love and relationships after her failed romance with Justin Bieber. According to a source, Gomez has allegedly junked the idea of romance and relationships, even saying at one point that true love may not be a part of her destiny.
