Ted Nugent on Election: 'You Voted for Economic and Spiritual Suicide'
Ted Nugent has blatantly expressed his disappointment and disgust with the election results that led to President Barack Obama's reelection. The singer let loose with a barrage of tweets that expressed his outrage.
"Pimps whores & welfare brats & their soulless supporters hav [sic] a president to destroy America," Nugent tweeted on Tuesday night. "Goodluk [sic] America u just voted for economic & spiritual suicide. Soulless fools," he added.
Nugent has made no secret of his disdain for President Obama.

"Obama represents everything bad about humanity and Romney pretty much all that is good. It is really is that stark," he said in an interview with The New Times Broward-Palm Beach.
And in 2008, he yelled, "Hey Obama, you might want to suck on one of these, you punk!" while playing at a concert. Just a little after that, Nugent warned that if Obama was re-elected, he would "be dead or in jail by this time next year."
His words were so vicious that the Secret Service grew concerned and conducted an investigation into Nugent's threats.
"We need to ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November," he threatened along with the "dead or jail" comment.
Thankfully, the Secret Service determined that Nugent posed no actual threat to the president and closed their investigation rather quickly.
"The issue has been resolved," agency spokesman Brian Leary said in a public statement. "The Secret Service does not anticipate any further action."
After that meeting, which Nugent called a "good, solid, and professional," Nugent toned down his rhetoric. "I thanked [the agents] for their service, we shook hands and went about our business. God bless the good federal agents wherever they may be," he posted on his website.
However, Nugent couldn't help but express himself after the election and has since put himself back in the spotlight with his powerful, yet often misdirected, words.
