'Teen Mom 3' Star Mackenzie Douthit Having Baby Girl

"Teen Mom 3" star Mackenzie Douthit and husband Josh McKee are expecting a baby girl. This is the second child for the couple, who are parents to son Gannon, 2.

"Find out what I'm having!" Douthit teased in video posted to Vine. Viewers then watched as husband McKee cut into a cake with the color pink inside, signifying a baby girl. Douthit had not told him of the baby's sex before having the reveal party.

"Josh cannot stop smiling," Douthit tweeted. "He's always wanted a little princess to look after. Now Josh is calling all his rodeo friends to tell them."

The couple, who met in high school and found out they were pregnant at age 16, chose to have their lives taped for the MTV series "16 & Pregnant." Douthit was into cheerleading and gymnastics, while McKee was a huge rodeo fan who couldn't seem to give up competing.

During this inaugural season of "Teen Mom 3" fans have watched as the two struggled in their relationship and work to take care of Gannon. Even though there have been times when it seems the relationship is off, viewers ultimately know that Douthit and McKee married just last month in front of family and friends.

"Today is the day I walk down the aisle and marry my best friend… and the two shall become one," Douthit tweeted.

Throughout this pregnancy, Douthit has had to deal with complications from diabetes. She has tweeted several times about being in the hospital or having extremely low blood sugar, to the point of passing out, and has to take extra care of herself while pregnant.

Family is important to Douthit, as is her Christian upbringing. Not only does she tweet about her life on "Teen Mom 3," she often tweets Bible verses and yesterday posted a video with the caption "Gan knows we go to church to pray." In the description for her Twitter account, Douthit describes herself as "mother, daughter, bestfriend, wife, Christian, cheerleader."
