'Teen Mom 2' Kail Lowry News: Reality Star Bans Chris Lopez From Seeing Their Baby

"Teen Mom 2" star Kailyn Lowry is filing court charges against her third beau Chris Lopez, banning him from seeing their son Lux Russell. According to reports, she will not allow Lopez to see their baby until the latter acknowledges that he is the father of the child.

An insider revealed in a recent interview that Lopez might not acknowledge paternity because he does not want to give Lowry the right to file for child support. The source also revealed that when Lowry gave birth in the hospital, the hospital gave Lopez a form to sign, but he refused to sign it. Because of this, Lowy has decided to take legal action to make sure that Lopez will acknowledge that her son is also his.

"Her lawyer drew something up and they are going through the court because he doesn't have any rights to Lux without signing. He's not seeing the baby right now for those reasons," said the source, who added that the on and off relationship of the couple is now over. According to her, all that Lopez did was cheat on Lowry.

Lowry also revealed that she had decided to give her baby her last name instead of Lopez's because Lopez would not acknowledge that he is the father of Lux. "It took me so long to name the baby because I was trying to work with Chris to agree on the name. But we just couldn't agree. Until we ended things for good and I decided I would just pick something I loved and he agreed to the first name prior to me deciding it would be the name for sure," said the teen mom.

Currently, Lowry is rumored to be in a relationship with Dionisio Cephas. According to Cephas, nothing is official yet when it comes to their relationship, but he admitted to "enjoying the vibes at the moment."

The next episode of "Teen Mom 2" will air on Monday, Oct. 16, at 9 p.m. EDT on MTV.
