Leah Calvert and her husband Jeremy recently debuted their newborn daughter Adalynn six weeks after the reality star gave birth.
The 20-year-old stay-at-home mom, who has twin daughters Aliannah and Aleeah, 3, from her previous marriage, is seen posing with Jeremy, 24, and all three daughters on the cover of the latest issue of Us magazine.
"We were amazed-- she was just so beautiful," Calvert told Us about giving birth to Adalynn. "She reached out and grabbed hold of Jeremy's little finger. It was very emotional."
Calvert, previously Leah Messer, went into labor on February 4, exactly five weeks before her expected due date. While the situation was alarming, the "Teen Mom 2" star revealed that it was her husband of less than one year who panicked most.
"He was a nervous wreck," she said.
In 2012, Calvert suffered a miscarriage shortly after learning that she was pregnant with twins again, which likely added stress to the couple during Adalynn's premature birth. The newborn was reportedly delivered via c-section.
"She had difficulties during her cesarean section [but] mother and baby are happy and healthy," a source previously told Hollywoodlife.com
Calvert's 3-year-old twins, who are fathered by Corey Simms, 22, are reportedly coming to terms with having a sibling.
"They were trying to pick her up and carry her around," Calvert said. "We had to put a stop to that! I think they get the concept now."
During a recent airing of Vh1's "Teen Mom 2" reunion show special, Calvert admitted that she was still in love with Simms despite divorcing him in recent years. While she also revealed that she was open to reconciling, the mother of three is now said to be content with Jeremy and completely over her ex.
"Your more than a lover, there could never be another to make me feel the way you do.❤ #MyBestFriend @Calvert505," Calvert tweeted Feb. 20.
