'Teen Mom OG' Season 6 News: Renewed for Another Season, More Drama on the Way
The reality TV series "Teen Mom OG" on MTV, which is about real-life moms who had children when they were in their teens, was renewed for another season. The news comes as a surprise for most because the show's past season which was called a "Special Season," was supposed to have been just an "encore" after the series officially ended in 2012.
But according to a Radar Online report, it seems that MTV wants more of the series, thus another season is coming. The report cited an inside source who said that production was already underway. It will bring back the four young mothers whose lives are featured in the show.
Coming back are Farrah Abraham, Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell and Amber Portwood. The show will still focus on their individual lives as mothers as well as their relationships with their children's fathers, their family and new people in their lives.

According to another report in Design and Trend, the next season will bring with a lot "more drama," especially since the young mothers have had major changes in their lives recently.
Maci Bookout, 23, is a mother for the second time around after giving birth to daughter Jayde. Given that she refused to have her older son Bentley filmed by MTV, it is not yet known if she will do the same with her new baby.
Amber Portwood, 24, on the other hand, is rumored to have moved in with her 43-year-old fiancé Matt Baier. The father of her child and her ex Gary Shirley on the other hand is a new parent too, together with his girlfriend Kristina Anderson. This will add on another complicated layer to his relationship with Amber.
Catelynn Lowell is about to get married to long-time boyfriend Tyler Baltierra. They have a daughter named Novalee who was born during the past season.
The more controversial member of the group, Farrah Abraham, is trying to increase her star power with TV appearances and her plans to come up with her own makeup and adult toy line. She is currently out of a relationship having broken off with boyfriend Simon Saran.
