'Ten Days In The Valley' Season 1 Spoilers: Jane Tries to Find PJ; Lake's Nanny a Potential Suspect in the Kidnapping?
When the new television drama series "Ten Days in the Valley" season 1 returns for a new episode this Sunday night, Jane (Kyra Sedgwick) is going to be looking for someone in order to protect her personal interests.
According to the synopsis for episode 2, titled "Day 2: Cutting Room Floor," Jane is about to go on a desperate search for PJ (Mark L. Young), her drug dealer, after finding out from a security-camera video footage that he has been staking out her home. She is going to have some questions for him.
It was Detective John Bird (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje) who showed the said footage to Jane in the previous episode, and when she was asked if she knew PJ, she had to deny it because she did not want anyone to know about her involvement in drugs.

If Bird uncovers the truth and it gets out in the open, she could lose her job as a television writer, as well as the custody over Lake (Abigail Pniowsky), her daughter with ex-husband Pete (Kick Gurry).
As the viewers of "Ten Days in the Valley" may already know, Lake was kidnapped by an unknown culprit. There are a lot of suspects for now, including the child's own father, but it also seems like one of them is her nanny, Beatriz (Marisol Ramirez).
In episode 2, it is said that Bird will find out that she called Leo (Sal Velez Jr.) the day after the incident and told him to find a key. While this does not confirm that she was indeed involved in the kidnapping, she might still be keeping a secret of her own.
Elsewhere in the episode, Pete, Ali (Erika Christensen), and Tom (Josh Randall) will be scouring the neighborhood in the hopes to find Lake.
