Teresa Giudice News: 'Real Housewives' Star Nixes Divorce With Husband Joe Once He's Out of Prison
"Real Housewives" star Teresa Giudice is indeed standing strong amid the challenges in her life. She believes she and husband Joe will still be together when he's out of prison and despite rumors of problems in their marriage.
Giudice admitted that she harbored anger following her husband's imprisonment in 2016 for bank and wire fraud. Writing these feelings in her new book, "Standing Strong," helped her come to terms with her current reality.
The "Real Housewives" star now sees this time apart from her husband as an experience that will make their relationship better. She and Joe have been working on improving themselves and this temporary space between them is good not just for the marriage but for themselves as individuals. She confirmed to Extra TV that she and Joe will still be together when he's out of prison in 2019.
It's a pronouncement that's different from Giudice's earlier confession in her book "Standing Strong," which hit store shelves last Oct. 3. She poured her heart out on this second book when it came to her frustrations with her husband and stated that she's open to the idea of divorcing him.
"Do I see Joe and me together in 10 years? Do I see us growing old together? I don't know," Giudice revealed. "If things with Joe aren't good or the same between us when he gets home, I'd absolutely end our relationship."
Meanwhile, Giudice recently traveled to Los Angeles to meet up with her fellow "Real Housewives" star Dina Manzo and Brandi Glanville. Though the women are from different shows -- with Giudice and Manzo starring on "Real Housewives of New Jersey" and Glanville appearing in "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" -- they still belong to the same franchise and have been long-time friends.
"Real Housewives of New Jersey" season 8 currently airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 9:00 p.m. EST.
