Terrifying Video of Devil Baby Scaring New Yorkers Silly Goes Viral; It 'Made One Guy Wet His Pants' (Watch)
Unsuspecting New Yorkers recently fell prey to a prank involving an animatronic "devil baby" and a remote controlled stroller which was so terrifying one guy wet his pants after he was frightened by it.
And a video of the unsuspecting New Yorkers reacting to the prank has been blazing its way around the Internet, racking up more than 30 million page views since it was posted on Tuesday.
"It was screams followed by tons and tons of laughter," Sam Pezzullo, one of the video's producers told ABC News.
People are first lured into the prank by the sound of a baby crying coming from an unattended stroller and then the devil baby just pops right up screaming. The demon baby is also able to shoot vomit and make vulgar hand signals.
"One guy actually wet his pants," said Pezzullo.
The video which is a promotion for a movie called "Devil's Due," expected to hit theaters on Jan. 17, was shot over several weeks in Manhattan. People warmed up to the baby after they realized it was just a prank.
"After that initial shock they had a great sense of humor," said Pezzullo. "They were mostly impressed by the realism of the baby."
