Texas Mom Banned From Using Internet After 'Sexting' 16-Year-Old Boy [VIDEO]
A 38-year-old Texas mom has pleaded guilty Friday of online solicitation of a minor for texting nude photographs of herself to her friend’s 16-year-old son.
Lori David was sentenced to five years’ probation.
Investigators said David and the boy’s mother were "jogging buddies," and that the boy was a high school classmate of David’s son.

The boy told investigators that the woman befriended him when she volunteered at the school, and friended him on Facebook.
He they began exchanging regular e-mails, text messages, and had frequent, sustained contact on Facebook, and said their conversations were often of a sexual and explicit nature.
According to court documents, David sent the teen two lewd nude photos of herself on Oct. 14, 2010.
She was arrested at her home on Nov. 4, 2010, and was later released on bond. Visibly shaken in court Friday, she trembled and cried before the bench.
The judge told the her that she will be registered as a sex offender for 15 years, and that she would be forbidden to have contact with non-family children.
"You know you have a problem," the judge said to David. "I do not want you at that school for anything except your son’s graduation."
"For the judge to say she can’t have any school activities with her children at the school is very difficult," Michael Nassif, David’s attorney. "However, the judge was very reasonable in saying this is something that can be re-visited later on."
David will also have to pay a $500 fine and can only use the Internet for work purposes during her probation.
The judge said that while she’s on probation she can have a cell phone, but it can’t have Internet access, and she can only text family members and other adults.
"Good people make bad decisions. I’m living my bad decision in front of you. Every action has a consequence and I’m taking responsibility for my actions," Nassif read a statement written by his client.
The victim’s family left court without comment.
"The question in this case is, the victim is a 16-year-old, and she is a 38-year-old mom,” said Assistant DA John Wakefield. “So is prison the right call for her? Or give her a chance to prove she’s worthy of being back in society."
If David violates probation, she could face two to 10 years in a Texas federal prison.
