'The 100s' plot news: Clarke's new look
New spoilers for the upcoming season of "The 100" will leave fans excited for the series.
A recent photo of Clarke, played by Eliza Taylor, was shared on Jason Rothenberg's official Twitter account that showed a new look for the character.
As reported by TV Over Mind, it was revealed that Clarke had gotten rid of her Sky People clothes and hair to portray a look suitable for a Grounder. The change in her look sparked many questions on what to expect for the upcoming season.
With that, fans have been asking on why exactly the character had faced a transformation and what that means for the upcoming story line. The previous season left off with Clarke leaving Camp Jaha after the killing at Mount Weather. However, after seeing the consequences of her decisions to attack, she was seen leaving her people. Therefore, the new look does create a lot of questions on where she will go from there.
It was reported that the upcoming season will begin with a time jump from the events of season 2. News stated that the Ice Nation will be an important factor in the plot of season 3. This begs the question of where exactly Clarke will stand at this point of time.
The series is based on a story of 100 young offenders trying to survive a lifeless Earth. The plot takes place a hundred years after a nuclear apocalypse took place. It centers around different clans and how they relate after a tragic event.
Rothenberg recently shared details about the different clans present in the series. He said, "All of the clans have names (though we have not revealed what they are yet...) and they are based out of different areas in our world. As a result, you can assume they don't all dress alike (though all of their wardrobes would come from what they can find, adapt and make on their own)."
The 100 season 3 is expected to premiere next year.
