Amazing Spiderman 3 Spoilers: Spin-Off Films to Be Released Ahead of Sequel, Third Installment Premiere Date 2018
"The Amazing Spiderman 3" movie will not make its premiere until four years from now in order to make way for three spin-off films of the movie.
One of the possible plots for the new movie could focus on a grieving Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) and his plans for revenge. It can be recalled that he lost his girlfriend, Gwen Stacey, when she fell to her death while Spiderman was battling the Green Goblin. There are rumors that the new film will reveal that Gwen is still alive. Even more rumors are sparking that Emma Stone could be back in the film not as Gwen, but as red-haired beauty Mary Jane Watson, who will be Spiderman's new love interest.
Meanwhile, Sony will push through with the spin-off movies starting with "Sinister Six." According to Screenrant, the film, which follows a team of Spiderman super-villains will be released on Nov. 11, 2016. In the Marvel comics, the original Sinister Six were composed of Dr. Octopus, Electro, Kraven the Hunter, Sandman, Mysterio and Vulture. The website reports that Dane DeHaan has already signed on for the film, and others who are being speculated to join the cast are Felicity Jones and Jamie Foxx, who played Electro in "Amazing Spiderman 2."

Foxx's character died in the second installment of the Spiderman reboot, so if there is any truth to the casting rumors, then the Sinister Six movie could be a prequel of sorts to "Amazing Spiderman."
Another spinoff, tentatively titled "Venom Carnage" and a Spiderman female superhero movie will reportedly hit theaters in 2017.
There is no word yet whether Andrew Garfield will be reprising his role as Spiderman in all of the spin-off films. While the actor was making the rounds at the Toronto International Film Festival, he refused to give anything away about the third installment of the Spiderman movie and its spin-off films.
"I know more than I'm allowed to say right now," said Garfield. "I can say that I'm really excited about Drew Goddard, who's going to be writing and directing the Sinister Six movie."
"And whether I'm involved or not is kind of immaterial," he added.
"The Amazing Spiderman 3" is slated to premiere on May 4, 2018.
