'The Big Bang Theory' Season 10 Episode 19: Sheldon Visits Amy at Work

Amy (Mayim Bialik) will deal with her boyfriend's sudden interest in her work in the upcoming episode of "The Big Bang Theory."

In the episode titled "The Collaboration Fluctuation," the synopsis (according to CarterMatt) reveals that Sheldon (Jim Parsons) will visit Amy and start asking questions about her field. She is a neurobiologist. Sheldon's interest will come as a surprise. Although they have been together for a while, he has seldom shown curiosity with her line of work. In a promo photo, the couple is shown pouring over a complex graph with a lot of computations. What could Amy be discussing so intently with Sheldon?

Meanwhile, Raj (Kunal Nayyar) is adjusting to his new home at the Hofstadters' apartment. Last episode, Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Leonard (Johnny Galecki) agreed to rent him Sheldon's old bedroom. At first, they were against it since they know how Raj could be so annoying. Sheldon also expressed his disagreement over the setup. Although he is now living at Amy's apartment, he still considers his old room his personal space. He had a lot of memories there. Imagining Raj invading his old room grated on his nerves.

It was Sheldon who told Raj to give up his apartment to save money. Raj needs to be careful with finances now since he has declined his parents' help. Sheldon, as Raj's financial adviser, suggested that he cut down on his trivialities because he simply would not be able to afford them. He had no idea that Raj would be rooming with the Hofstadters. It was the perfect arrangement for the astrophysicist.

Meanwhile, it has now been announced that CBS has renewed the series for two more seasons. According to Deadline, all the original cast members are still onboard. Parsons, Galecki, Cuoco, Simon Helberg and Nayyar have each signed a two-year contract.

"The Big Bang Theory" season 10 airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. EDT on CBS.
