'The Big Bang Theory' Season 9 Episode 14 Spoilers: Meemaw Finally Visits Sheldon!
Sheldon (Jim Parsons) has been talking about his Meemaw, his maternal grandmother, and in the upcoming episode of "The Big Bang Theory" season 9, she will finally visit him in his apartment.
According to the International Business Times, Meemaw, who will be played by Oscar-nominated actress June Squibb, will not be happy to see Amy (Mayim Bialik) in the apartment, especially after she broke up with Sheldon at the end of last season.
The website said that Moonpie, or Sheldon's nickname given by Meemaw, will defend his girlfriend from Meemaw's roasting. However, Meemaw will slip Sheldon's secret to Amy, which was the supposed proposal he's planning for her, if she hadn't broken up with him. Fans are excited to see Amy's reaction to Sheldon's proposal plans, and wonder how she'll react when she finally sees the ring.

Several promotional photos were released for the upcoming episode, which is titled "The Meemaw Materialization," and fans saw Meemaw, Sheldon, and Amy hanging out in the apartment. Sheldon seems overly excited on a gift that was probably given by Meemaw, while Amy is looking unhappy at the end of the couch since Meemaw is looking at her disapprovingly.
An episode synopsis is posted on Spoilers Guide, and the summary reads, "Sheldon's thrilled when his Meemaw comes to visit, but his excitement quickly fades when she butts heads with Amy. Also, Raj meets a new girl at the comic book store who makes him question his relationship with Emily."
Besides June Squibb, Alessandra Torresani will also appear as Raj's potential love interest, Claire.
