'The Blacklist' Penultimate Episode Of Season 3 Will Have Tom & Red Trying To Clear Liz's Name
The penultimate episode of Season 3 of "Blacklist" will be a game changer and will set the tone for the series when it returns after its fall season break. This season was all about trying to exonerate Liz. The question now is who will do it first - Tom or Red?
"The Blacklist" Season 3 Episode 7 is titled "Zal Bin Hasaan" and it will have the FBI task force go after a new terrorist called Zal Bin Hasaan. Viewers will also get Samar's backstory as this episode features Samar's past in flashbacks.
The previous episode belonged to Tom Keen. Desperate to get his wife Liz back, he embarks on a dangerous mission to get the Russian assassin, Karakurt. Getting Karakurt to confess would have Liz exonerated and they could get back together. The last scene of the episode had Tom dragging a bound Karakurt and bringing him to Washington DC in a bid to clear Liz's name.

Liz is on the run as she has been charged with killing the Attorney General of the United States. She is implicated in this and the interim Director of FBI has made it his mission to bring in both Red and Liz.
The official synopsis of the episode reads: "A family tragedy in Samar's (Mozhan Marno) past resurfaces when the Task Force hunt for an elusive international terrorist. The FBI and the Cabal gain significant ground in their search for Liz (Megan Boone) and Red (James Spader). Meanwhile, Tom (Ryan Eggold) encounters complications in his plan to exonerate Liz."
The promos show Aram getting some intel, presumably Liz's location as she goes to meet Tom at the restaurant they used to frequent. But Ressler leads a team and they go to the restaurant and busts Tom and Liz's meeting.
Red had already warned Liz not to go to the restaurant to meet Tom, but Liz goes anyways.
In the promos, Ressler does land up with a team to take in Liz and Tom, but does he? Since Ressler knows that the CIA will not tamely arrest Liz and Red and it is highly unlikely that both will get justice if they are arrested, what is Ressler planning to do?
"The Blacklist" Season 3 Episode 7 titled, "Zal Bin Hasaan" will air on NBC on Thursday, Nov. 12.
