The promo video, posted over at YouTube, gave hints about the developments. It was revealed that the ex-FBI operative is pregnant with her Tom. The mother-to-be is now in a position where she has to look after the welfare and safety of her baby.
Liz knows exactly that life with Red is dangerous and this might affect her child. The highlight reel sees the father of the child to be quite worried and is now proposing a solution. The plan would be to get far away from Red and all the chaos that his name would bring.
"We can get away from him," Tom tells the mother of his child. She knows all too well, however, that running away from the very person who could save her from danger is danger itself.
"I cannot protect you if you run away," Red reminds Liz towards the end of the video.
