'The Bold and the Beautiful' News: 'Young and the Restless' Star to Crossover, Spoilers for the Week

A crossover between "The Bold and the Beautiful" and "The Young and the Restless" is about to take place as Y&R's glamorous matriarch, Gloria Fisher (Judith Chapman), will appear on an episode of "B&B" on Nov. 20.

According to TV Guide, this isn't the first time that a crossover happened between the two CBS soaps. In 2005, Gloria and Eric (John McCook) met when he attended Lauren and Michael's wedding at Y&R. Gloria promised him that she'd turn up someday at one of the Forrester fashion shows, and nine years later, she fulfills that promise by attending a glitzy event thrown by Eric's company.

Speaking of Eric, Celebrity Dirty Laundry reports that this week, he will be announcing his choice for the new CEO of Forrester Creations. It's going to be a tough decision for him, as he has to choose between his two sons Rick and Ridge. For the past weeks, both of them have been working hard to get the CEO spot, however, there's more to this rivalry as Ridge is also trying just as hard to win Rick's wife, Caroline.

Ridge and Caroline have been having an affair behind Rick's back, and in the past episodes he looks as if he doesn't have a clue about what's going on between his brother and his wife. But all that is about to change as Maya, who is after Rick, is going to announce that they are having an affair—during Eric's speech when he announces the new CEO of the company.

"The Bold and the Beautiful" airs from Monday to Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
