When Liam spoke to Caroline, their conversation led to Caroline admitting that she is also unsure if Ridge is the father of her child. Liam's accusations caused Caroline to panic, while still trying to defend her story.
On the other hand, the previous episode focused on Nicole and Zende, who shared an intimate moment in the soap. With that, spoilers for the upcoming episodes revealed that their story line will be explored further. It was revealed that Maya was able to see them kissing, which led to her worrying about Nicole.
It was previously revealed that Nicole had taken a pregnancy test for the surrogacy. However, Maya is worried that her relationship with Zende will bring some issues regarding the pregnancy.
