'The Bold and the Beautiful' Spoilers for December 31, 2015: Rumors About Ivy Will Rock Her New Year

A tension-filled new year is up for some people in "The Bold and the Beautiful," and one of the victims of a bad New Year's Eve is Ivy.

Spoilers reveal that word will start spreading about how Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) has been hitting two birds with one stone in the form of the Spencer brothers. What's more interesting is Steffy's (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) involvement in the scandal.

For the most part, Ivy was in one way or another, forced, to confess her true feelings for Liam (Scott Clifton). This means she can't be really tagged as a "bad girl" since she didn't mean to leave the other brother, Wyatt (Darin Brook) hanging.

The rumor mainly focused on Ivy telling Liam that she was apparently in love with him while Wyatt was left in a corner believing that Ivy still loved him.

As expected, Steffy will be both in the offensive and defensive mode, making Liam and Ivy feel bad for what happened. Ivy, for the most part, looks really bad among others who will find out about what she did. However, fans might remain by her side for many reasons.

One of the reasons that fans should understand is that Ivy shouldn't be compared to Steffy. Unlike Steffy, Ivy is trying her best to be a good person despite the many mistakes she still commits. Steffy, on the other hand, appears to be pure bad as she uses her body to get what she wants, not thinking of the people she will step on with her decisions.

It should be remembered that Steffy also hooked up with the Spencer family patriarch, which is probably one of the worst things she could ever do. She also killed Aly (Ashlyn Pearce), which is one of the reasons why she's been having a heated feud with Ivy.

To find out how Ivy will react to the rumors and what Steffy will do to take advantage of the situation, watch "The Bold and the Beautiful," airing weekdays on CBS.
