'The Bold and the Beautiful': Sally and Steffy's Battle Continues at the Zende-Nicole Wedding
The clash between Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) continues and their upcoming battlefield is at the beautiful wedding day of Zende Forrester Dominguez (Rome Flynn) and Nicole Avant (Reign Edwards).
On Wednesday, fans of "The Bold and the Beautiful" witnessed a lovely moment as Zende and Nicole tied the knot shortly after their engagement. However, Steffy feels in her gut that there is something wrong with the caterer, and she is right. On Thursday, she will find out that her archrival Sally is actually disguised as one of the food servers.
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Thomas Forrester (Pierson Fodé) will be the first one to recognize Sally under her wig, eyeglasses and attire. He will tell her, in a heavily flirtatious tone, how he likes Sally's look even when in disguise.
It will not take too long though for Steffy to sense Sally's presence and she will waste no time in confronting the latter in the kitchen. However, Sally will not show any sign of intimidation as she is driven to do whatever it takes to bring her family's fashion brand, Spectra Fashions, back on the map.
The rivalry between Forrester Creations and Spectra Fashion go a long way back in the "The Bold and the Beautiful's" history. It can be recalled that the original Sally Spectra was portrayed by the late Darlene Conley who passed away in 2007. She was notorious for stealing designs and ideas from the Forresters.
The Sally that was introduced this year, a nod to the tenth anniversary of Conley's death, is actually the original Sally's grandniece. No matter the generation gap, it looks like the 2017 Sally is just as ambitious and threatening as her grandaunt.
On the other hand, Steffy is understandably weary of dealing with her enemy as she thinks Sally's ways of competing are childish and unfair. Besides Sally, Steffy will also have to deal with some serious matters such as her dilemma with bad publicity.
According to Soap Hub, the fashion mogul will suffer from a deteriorating public image that she might even be forced to take down her social media accounts to avoid further damage.
"The Bold and the Beautiful" airs from Monday through Friday at 1:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
