'The Divergent Series: Allegiant – Part 1' cast news: Woodley and James share details on working together

The final installment of Veronica Roth's novel series titled "Divergent" had finished filming. The "Divergent: Allegiant – Part One" stars Theo James and Shailene Woodley recently shared their sentiments about working with each other, as well as details on their characters.

Theo James portrays Tobias Eaton, also known as "Four." Meanwhile, Shailene Woodley takes on the role of Beatrice Prior, also known as "Tris." The two actors have been faced with rumors concerning their offstage relationship. Because of their chemistry onscreen, fans were suspecting that the two had an affair in real life. However, they both have their own partners. This did not stop fans from speculating that James and his girlfriend's rocky relationship was because of Shailene Woodley.

Woodley addressed the rumors and speculations during an interview with InStyle. She admitted that she enjoyed working with James because the two have a complementing sense of humor. She shared that she felt reassured and comfortable with him. Meanwhile, James also spoke about Woodley. He commended her work ethics and praised her professionalism. He said, "She can keep two feet on the ground but still be able to achieve everything she wants to achieve."

As for their characters, Woodley explained that she found her character very similar to Katniss Everdeen from "The Hunger Games" franchise, who is portrayed by Jennifer Lawrence. She described both characters as strong but are not "badass by nature." They will be joined by Ensel Elgort, who will play Tris' brother named Caleb. He recently posted pictures with James on his Instagram account with the caption, "IT'S A META'FOUR. #Allegiant we are WRAPPED! I know we'd all rather see theo shirtless I'm sorry."

The final part of the trilogy will be divided into two films. The first part of the novel will premiere on Mar. 18, 2016.
