'The Flash' Series News: Danielle Panabaker Talks About Killer Frost Transformation

Danielle Panabaker has finally turned to Caitlin Snow's alter-ego Killer Frost and has come face to face with Grant Gustin's "The Flash" character on the Feb. 9 episode of the DC series on The CW. In her interview with TV Guide, Panabaker revealed that breathing life to her character's alter-ego was exciting as it was something that the production had been discussing and working on for quite some time already.

Avid fans of "The Flash" have excitedly waited for the encounter and their desire was partly satiated as the latest episode featured Grant Gustin's Barry/The Flash, Tom Cavanagh's Wells, and Carlos Valdez's Cisco making their way to Earth-2 and running into Killer Frost.

Panabaker shared that assuming the role of a villainess made her push herself far, much more that her character was mean and seems to be lacking in good motivation. When asked about how the series will showcase the similarities between her characters Caitlin and Killer Frost, Panabaker said that she was clueless as the two are very different in more ways than one. She opined, though, that both ooze with smartness and loyalty.

For the fans of the series who are bent on finding out how the Earth-2 Caitlin become Killer Frost, Panabaker revealed that it probably won't be tackled yet as the coming episodes of "The Flash" series will focus on Killer Frost herself and how she attempts to attack those who come from Earth-1.

Meanwhile, The Earth-1 dimension in the series is set to give the fans more Caitlin and Jay Garrick scenes as the show has already featured the early romantic links between the two characters. When asked by Access Hollywood to comment on her character Caitlin's and Teddy Spears' Jay's budding romance, Panabaker said:

"I like to joke about this with Jesse Martin on the show. Jesse is very fascinating by the Jay/Caitlin relationship… I think the truth of the matter is that Caitlin did lose Ronnie fairly recently and she's trying to move on one foot forward at [a] time, but I do like that it's been such a slow relationship to develop and there's a certain sweetness to it, I find. So I do think they are spending time together. I don't think they're necessarily as hot and heavy as Deathstorm and Killer Frost though."
