'The Good Wife' Season 7 Episode 3 Spoilers and Recap: A New Private Investigator for Alicia
In the upcoming episode of "The Good Wife" entitled "Cooked," the official synopsis reads, "Alicia and Lucca work together on a complicated case involving a designer drug dealer. Meanwhile, Eli persuades Alicia and Veronica to take part in a mother-daughter cooking show to help Peter's campaign, but things don't go as planned."
In the preview for the episode, it seems that Alicia's mother will make an appearance once more as they team up for a cooking competition in order to help Peter's campaign. The cooking competition does not go over so well and it will have some disastrous results.
In the previous episode, it began with Alicia at bail court where she met her client named Erik. Erik had vandalized a photo inside a museum. Erik told Alicia that the photo he vandalized was a photo of him.
Meanwhile, Eli had gone to Peter in order to ask for forgiveness that Peter gave. However, Peter told Eli that he no longer had a place in the campaign. Eli just wanted to be on good terms with Peter. Ruth told Peter that he should not trust Eli at all.
Alicia looked at the museum's security footage and than she talked to Erik. Erik told her that his mother had taken photos of him while they were on vacation that she put on display in the museum.
Alicia was looking for a new private investigator and she ended up hiring a woman. In the meantime, the other associates talked to Cary about a partner who had been taking all the credit for their hard work.
Alicia's case had some hiccups and she ended up firing the woman investigator after a debacle on social media. She ended up hiring a man named Carouse as her private investigator who had also gone to her old law firm.
Alicia had lost her case at bail court and she ended up getting Eli as her chief of staff. In the end, Carouse showed up at Alicia's door and agreed to work for her.
"The Good Wife" airs every Sunday.
