'The Originals' Season 2 Spoilers, News: Teaser Videos Revealed for 'Live and Let Die'
This Monday night, fans of the hit "The Vampire Diaries" spin-off TV series, "The Originals" will find Davina (Danielle Campbell) getting schooled in the art of combat by Mikael (Sebastian Roche) in the upcoming episode entitled, "Live and Let Die."
A recently-released sneak peak revealed Mikael giving the first important aspect of his lesson to the young witch: "Always be on guard."
The two were found in Davina's family cabin with the mentor carving his clan's symbol on a staff.
Davina asked Mikael what the mark means. The latter explained that the mark serves as a reminder that his clan always carries the honor of their ancestors before going to any battles.
After which, the Original tossed the staff to the unprepared Davina. She exclaimed, "I wasn't ready!"
"First lesson, always be on your guard," the teacher declares.
The young witch commented how the staff weighs heavily on her hands. In reply, Mikael told her about the harsh training he received from his father. He then struck the girl, but Davina blocked the attack.
"No offense, but your dad sounds like a jerkward," Davina said.
Yet another teaser revealed Mikael getting impatient from "hiding like cowards" when in fact he should be out there confronting Elijah (Danielle Gillies). Davina then told the Original that until she can't unlink Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) and Josh (Steven Krueger) from Klaus, he must remain hidden with her.
This aggravated Mikael. He then told Davina that "fear [from the inevitable confrontation] will prove to be the greatest disadvantage."
"I'm not afraid," Davina replied.
"You are weak," the man retorted.
"But I'm still in charge," the witch girl proclaimed.
"The Originals" Season 2, Episode 4 "Live and Let Die" airs this coming Monday, Oct. 27, at 8 p.m. on The CW.
