Nina Dobrev To Join Season 4
It has been confirmed that Nina Dobrev will reprise her role in "The Originals" Season 4 as Katherine Pierce and Tatia. Julie Pelec was able to convinced Nina to once more play the role of Katherine Pierce and Tatia in the upcoming season. The actress also insisted that she wants to come back in "The Originals" Season 4.

Speculations arose that she is returning after she made an appearance in "The Vampire Diaries" Season 7. It is not confirmed yet if she is coming back for the eighth season of "The Vampire Diaries." However, Nina is definitely joining the cast in "The Originals" Season 4.
Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley are also reported to join the cast in "The Originals" Season 4. The show's theme will include a time jump that will lead to introducing the Salvatore brothers. There are mysteries in "The Originals" Season 4 that can only be answered by the appearance of Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder) and Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley).
"The Vampire Diaries" Cast Moving In

Aside from the Salvatore brothers and Katherine to join the spinoff series, Alaric Saltzman (Matthew Davis) is also rumored to get into the show. Matt Honeycutt (Zach Roerig) is also speculated to join the other cast members in "The Originals" Season 4.
It seems that the upcoming season is going to be a whole new ride for everyone. Hope Mikaelson (Summer Fontana) going to unleash her own powers while trying to save Klaus (Joseph Morgan).
