'The Originals' Season 5 Spoilers: Will Cami's Ghost Return?

Klaus (Joseph Morgan) may still see Cami (Leah Pipes) again in the upcoming final season of "The Originals."

Fans of the series are curious to know if the Original's dead girlfriend will appear in the new installment. Cami died after being turned into a vampire in season 3. She then returned as a ghost, materializing in front of Klaus, especially when he was feeling hopeless and alone.

With his siblings scattered in different parts of the world, Klaus is bound to experience agony, knowing that he will not see them ever again. Perhaps, Caroline's (Candice King) arrival will help him accept things. Supporters of "Klaroline" are over the moon with the recent set photo the actress posted on her Instagram account.

Before Klaus fell in love with Cami, he was sure that Caroline was the most important woman for him. He was smitten with the blonde vampire even though she became involved with Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley) later on. Caroline is set to travel to New Orleans in season 5, where she is expected to give Klaus all the support he will need during trying times. Klaus may not even need Cami's ghost to get by. Caroline will make sure that the Original will not succumb to his sadness while she is around.

Meanwhile, there is no way Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) is done with his revenge against Klaus. The new leader of the city has a plan against the Mikaelsons, and it involves Elijah (Daniel Gillies). Spoilers indicate that Marcel will force Klaus' brother to return to New Orleans, thereby putting Hope (Danielle Rose Russell) in danger. Klaus will be shocked to discover Elijah waiting for him in one of the city's bars, as they all promised to never see each other again in the last finale. Elijah even erased his memory to stop himself to avoid temptation.

"The Originals" season 5 will air sometime in 2018.
