A song as beautiful as "The Prayer" has had its share of covers and renditions. Consider this one of the best that's out there.

At the 2012 Gospel Music Association's Dove Awards, a group of talented singers gave a performance of "The Prayer" that will pull your heartstrings.

The GMA Dove Awards multilingual performance featured The Canadian Tenors, Yolanda Adams and Donnie McClurkin.

Before the multiracial and multinational group of singers made their awesome cover of the song, their segment was preceded by the hosts speaking about the need to be united.

If ever a significant contribution to ending divisiveness, it is a song like "The Prayer" and all that it entails for those involved and those listening.

Uploaded to YouTube by the GMA Dove Awards account in September of this year, "The Prayer" song has gotten 165,000+, over 30 likes, and as of Monday morning, 0 dislikes.
