'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' News: Caroline Manzo Returning, Gia Guidice Talks About Her Mom's Prison Sentence
Caroline Manzo is now the star of her own reality series, "Manzo'd With Children," but it appears as though the former Housewife will be going back to her old series, "The Real Housewives of New Jersey."
Manzo was offered a big amount of money to return to the show, and she accepted, according to Hollywood Life. Many suspect that Teresa Guidice's departure has left a spot open in RHONJ. As Guidice will be heading off to jail on Jan. 5 to serve her 15-month sentence, Caroline will most likely make her comeback on the seventh season of the show.
Meanwhile, Gia Guidice, Teresa and Joe's 13-year old daughter, will undoubtedly be forced to grow up fast due to what her parents are about to face. After Teresa serves her sentence, Joe will be heading to prison for 41 months.
In a recent interview with Access Hollywood, Gia showed maturity beyond her years as she addressed the question about how she felt about the whole situation.
"Obviously, any news that is hurtful or horrible to hear is so upsetting," she admitted. But the 13-year old is confident that everything will be alright in the end. "My family is probably one of the strongest families I know, so we'll get through this."
"When it's over, we're gonna be better than ever. It's gonna be ok," added Gia.
In the meantime, Gia will be attending junior high school and working on her singing career with her new girl group, 3KT. The group released a new video in October, and the group has started a Kickstarter fund in the hopes of raising money for another music video.
