'The Walking Dead' Season 8 Spoilers, Cast: New Leak Reveals a Shocking Major Character Death
With the ongoing all-out war in "The Walking Dead" season 8, lives are bound to be taken. However, it will still come as a surprise to fans that a major character will be a casualty.
This is based on a brand-new report by The Spoiling Dead Fans, who, in the past, provided accurate information on the scene and episode descriptions.
It goes without saying that potential "The Walking Dead" season 8 spoilers will be discussed after the image. Those who want to enjoy the surprise are advised to stop reading now.
According to multiple sources that spoke to The Spoiling Dead Fans, Carl (Chandler Riggs) will reportedly be killed off in the midseason finale of "The Walking Dead" season 8.
In this episode, a major battle in Alexandria will take place and there will be, as per Spoilers Guide, "multiple fires, explosions and gunfire." In the middle of it all, Carl reportedly "struggles with someone and is possibly stabbed."
The midseason premiere of "The Walking Dead" season 8 will then see the remaining characters as they try to come to terms with his death, which definitely won't be easy.
Fans will remember in the premiere that as the Survivors execute their plan to take out the Saviors, which involves killing the members guarding their respective stations, Rick (Andrew Lincoln) was warned by one of them that "your boy's gonna die" and he will beg again.
This is given much more weight now as it seemingly hinted Carl's fate. Could this have been a foreshadowing of what's about to go down in the zombie drama?
Carl has been on the show since its inception. Fans who followed "The Walking Dead" watched Riggs grow up with his character, who has evolved into a fearless fighter with leadership skills.
Fans of "The Walking Dead" comics by Robert Kirkman do not imagine him biting the dust in season 8 because, should the show follow the source material, he figures prominently in a very important story arc that involves Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).
Carl was also expected to be the one to continue his father Rick's fight. After all, he is doing all of this to make sure his son and daughter will grow up in the world they could freely call their own.
Whether or not the first half of "The Walking Dead" season 8 will end with Carl's death, fans will just have to wait and see.
