'The Winds of Winter' set to be released next year!

Loyal fans of "Game of Thrones" will be able to read the next chapter of the series, with its sixth book to be released early next year, according to the statement of the book's Spanish editor.

In his interview with El mon a RAC1, a local radio station, Alejo Cuervo said that "The Winds of Winter" is "planned" for next year, unless "a meteorite falls." According to Independent.co.uk, Cuervo knows certain details since the Spanish editor knows the author, George R.R. Martin, personally and works for Ediciones Gigamesh that has rights to the books. Cuervo said that they were promised to be given the Spanish manuscript before its English release date.

The sixth book's publication has been pushed back too many times, and fans have been waiting for its next installment. Viewers are asking if it is slated to be published before the start of Game of Thrones season 6 in April next year. According to Independent.co.uk, the hit series author has canceled numerous public appearances, in order to finish the book.
