This Nun Became a Star on 'The Voice Italy'; Now See Her Perform a Stunning Original Worship Song (VIDEO)
By now, the world knows Sister Cristina Scuccia, the nun who wowed judges on "The Voice Italy" with her rockstar rendition of "No One" by Alicia Keys. Her audition has racked up 40 million views in a week on YouTube.
As reported earlier, Scuccia had dreamed of being a singer since childhood, but this isn't her first time on a big stage. It isn't even her first time on TV.
For the Good News Festival, a Catholic music competition held last year in Rome, the nun from Sicily sang "Senza La Tua Voce" (translated "Without Your Voice"), a worship song she wrote with singer Paul Migani. Here's her festival-winning performance.
