This 3-year-old Cooper has been without both parents together for nearly a third of his life. First it was his father who was out serving for the Coast Guard and now it is his mother. It's hard for him to see them both at the same time.

But, when his mother returned home he couldn't wait to hold her. He did not care about what he was "supposed to do" after they arrived and were in line. This is the most heartwarming 26-second reunion you will ever see!
