Tim Tebow News: NFL Star's Foundation Hosts Prom Night for 75,000 Teens With Special Needs
The Tim Tebow Foundation once again warms the hearts of many by hosting a prom night dubbed "Night to Shine" for teens with special needs.
Participated in by more than 75,000 teenagers, the event was held simultaneously in 375 churches all over 11 countries, namely the United States (all 50 states took part), Canada, Albania, New Zealand, Peru, Ecuador, Haiti, the Philippines, South Africa and Uganda.
The beautiful ladies and debonair gentlemen arrived in limousines and walked the red carpet donning their elegant gowns and suits with corsages provided by Tebow's organization. The girls were dolled up by the volunteers too.

The teens were then treated to a nice dinner before they proceeded to groove their heart out, rule the dance floor and enjoy their magical night.
Eighteen-year-old Abigail Dowell, who has Down's Syndrome, was one of the youngsters who had the time of her life in the Tim Tebow Foundation-hosted occasion. "Every one of those kids felt like a normal, big-time kid who was at an event that was really special," Abby's father, Stephen Dowell told Orlando Sentinel. He went to talk about how "amazed" his daughter was as it all happened and how the prom night provided a safe and enjoyable place for Abby. "Every event that we go to, we have to make sure to keep her out of the fray, to keep her safe. This one they had a buddy for everyone. Abby had a former teacher as her escort to make sure she wouldn't feel awkward," he went on to say. Tebow shared on Twitter photos from the events. He managed to visit the ones held in Haiti, Fort Collins in Colorado, San Antonio in Texas, Ormond Beach and Jacksonville in Florida There, the National Football League (NFL) superstar accompanied some of the ladies on the red carpet and on the dance floor and also posed for pictures with the lads.
