Tim Tebow Unsure of NFL Future After Jets Sign Fourth QB
Tim Tebow is admitting that his future in the NFL is still unclear. The New York Jets' new offensive coordinator admitted that the team is also still unsure of if and how they will use the quarterback.
Although Tebow just joined the Jets last season, some fans were shocked that he did not spend much time starting as QB. After the team failed to make the playoffs last season, some fans and sports commentators questioned whether Tebow would stay on the team.
Marty Mornhinweg, the new Jets' offensive coordinator who was hired to replace Tony Sparano after he was fired at the close of the 2012-2013 season, recently spoke about Tebow's future on the team.

"I'm excited to coach all of our players, including Tim. We had a long discussion," Mornhinweg said during a conference call Monday, according to USA Today reports. "He's got my thoughts on the situation, and he has some thoughts as well. If he's on this football team, which he is right now, I would do it a certain way."
While the new offensive coordinator did not make it clear that Tebow would definitely suit up in a Jets uniform next season, the team announced that they would sign free agent David Garrard to compete for the QB position against the likes of starting QB Mark Sanchez and Greg McElroy, who started a few games last season.
With more than enough quarterbacks currently on the Jets roster, Tebow admitted that his future with the team was less than clear during a recent speaking engagement in Naples, Fla.
"I may not know where I'm going next, but I know what's guiding me," Tebow said, according to Naples News reports.
During another speaking engagement at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va., Tebow spoke about football being less important than serving Christ.
"In the end, football is just a silly game," Tebow said, according to Liberty's News Service. "Greatness comes from serving."
