Tom Brady and Gisele Mourn Loss of Yorkshire Terrier
NFL star Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen lost their Yorkshire Terrier recently and expressed their grief.
"My best friend, she will always live on my heart," wrote Bundchen on her Facebook page earlier this month. "Let's never take for granted the unconditional love that our animals show us every single day."
The family's pet Vida died on Oct. 5 at almost 15 years old.
Meanwhile, the Brady-Bundchen family is growing as the star couple is expecting their second child together. The couple already has son Benjamin, 2, and Brady's son John from a previous relationship, 3.
The power couple is among the highest-earning celebrity couples, and Forbes recently named Bundchen as one of the world's most powerful people.
Meanwhile, Bundchen, 37, was spotted with a burgeoning baby bump in Boston Thursday after taking a Tai Chi exercise class, according to the Daily Mail. The Victoria's Secret model is no stranger to exercise even while pregnant, as she admitted to intense workouts while pregnant with her first child.
"I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born," the supermodel told Vogue in 2009. "And yoga three days a week."
Bundchen added that her first pregnancy did not result in any excessive weight gain.
"I was mindful about what I ate, and I gained only 30 pounds," she said.
Rumors of Bundchen's pregnancy arose after she and her husband attended New York City's Met Gala in May. The Brazilian native confirmed the news after wearing a bikini and revealing a baby bump over the summer while on vacation. She is reportedly over six months pregnant.
Alternately, Brady is the quarterback for the New England Patriots and has been hard at work on the field this season. The team is currently 3-2 this season and faces the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.
