'Tom Clancy's The Division' 'Last Stand', Update 1.6 News: Details of Additions Included
'Last Stand' expansion and Update 1.6 now available for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One versions of 'The Division'
Two feature-filled additions were recently released for "Tom Clancy's The Division" in the form of the "Last Stand" expansion pack and Update 1.6, and players can now learn more about what these are.
Beginning with the contents of the "Last Stand" expansion, this addition gives players access to a new game mode that is about taking control of certain portions of the map. Players will have to shift constantly from offense to defense and then back again while trying out this new game mode, as losing concentration for even a few moments can mean yielding control of the map and suffering defeat.
Another major feature of the "Last Stand" expansion is the additional Incursion known as the "Stolen Signal." The Rikers are waiting for players in this Incursion and those who are able to successfully handle the challenges brought by this addition can earn some nice rewards for themselves.
Update 1.6 is also bringing its share of new additions to "The Division," according to the patch notes posted over on the game's official website.
For instance, the Dark Zone has been expanded, with three new areas now waiting to be explored.
Also newly added to the Dark Zone are Contamination Events that players will now have to be constantly mindful of whenever they are in this part of the game's world.
The recently added Premium Vendor also provides players with new customization items that can come in handy for those who really want to make sure that they stand out inside the game.
The Exotic weapons that are now included in the game as well also come with unique talents, so players may again have to carefully search for new firearms that can work ideally for them.
All the new features included in Update 1.6 are now available for all "Tom Clancy's The Division" players, while those who planning to buy or have purchased the "Last Stand" expansion pack have been granted access to its contents as well regardless of their preferred platform.
