Tori Spelling Willing to Plan Shannen Doherty's Wedding
Long after the feud between Tori Spelling and Shannen Doherty ended, they not only came to terms with one another but now Spelling is even willing to plan her wedding.
Spelling, 38, who went from actress to mom to reality star to wedding planner as seen in her recent show “Tori & Dean: sTORIbook Weddings,” agreed to offer her services to her “Beverly Hills, 90210” co-star, Shannen Doherty when she marries celebrity photographer Kurt Iswarienko, set to be documented in a TV series next year.
During to an interview with ET Canada, Spelling quickly replied “I’ll do the wedding” when she was asked about Doherty’s 2012 TV series, “The Shannen Doherty Project.”
Their 2008 feud over Spelling’s false accusations recorded in her book “sTori Telling” about Doherty’s “arrogant and carefree” behavior during 90210’s heyday were not mentioned during her interview.
Spelling admitted that she wouldn’t know what kind of wedding the two-time divorcee might want, because "People's tastes change.”
"I could probably comment on the wedding she'd want 20 years ago, but that wouldn't make any sense. I don't know. She has great taste, I know that,” she said.
Doherty has not commented about Spelling’s offer publicly since the statements were made.
The filming for the eight unscripted episodes is scheduled to begin in August and debut in January 2012. It will follow the couple while they prepare for their big day.
