Trey Parker a Dad? 'South Park' Creator Expecting First Child With Boogie Tillmon
South Park director Trey Parker will become a father for the first time, according to reports.
South Park co-creator Trey Parker will welcome a new baby with long time girlfriend Boogie Tillmon. Parker has been living with Tillmon and her 11 year-old son for several years although the coming child will be Parker's first. Prior to dating Tillmon, Parker was married to Emma Sugiyama. The pair divorced in 2008 after a two-year marriage.
Tillmon debuted a baby bump for the first time on Wednesday during a media appearance for "The Book of Mormon." Parker co-created both "South Park" and "The Book of Mormon" with Matt Stone. The two met during college while attending the University of Colorado. Prior to studying film in college, Parker focused on theater.
The first episode of "South Park" was released in 1997. Since its debut, Parker has won four Emmy award for the show. Earlier this year Parker and Stone announced the formation of their own production studio in conjunction with The Raine Group.
"Important Studios plans to continue the growth of the "South Park" and "Book of Mormon" franchises, create new content across different media, and expand distribution of Parker and Stone's work worldwide," a January press release said of the new studio.
"Trey and Matt are unique content creators, having built two iconic global media brands. They have established themselves as thought leaders in the entertainment and digital world, while at the same time using satire to make their audience aware of critical social issues," said Joe Ravitch, co-founder of the Raine Group.
Parker is worth $300 million according to CelebrityNetWorth.
