Former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, who dropped out of the race last month following the Iowa caucus and voiced his support for Trump, called Keith "pro-America without apology" in a post on X.
“He wrote songs about the values our nation was founded upon — faith, family, hard work, patriotism," Ramaswamy wrote. "He refused to bow to toxic cancellation or anti-Americanism. Our country is better because of men like Toby Keith. Rest in peace.”
