True Blood Season 4 Episode 6 Recap: 'At Last' Offers New Twists
The sixth episode of the hit vampire drama True Blood took a new turn in the latest episode "At Last" as the dynamic between Eric and Willa shifts.
With the understanding that in a world full of vampires the relationship between death versus "true death" can and does oscillate which is highlighted with Willa and Eric. Eric understands Willa's attraction to him and uses this to control her, which could ultimately lead to her death.
Sookie is one that has been on the losing side of the attraction/power dynamic stemming from the fact that she has previously stated that she "takes long walks with handsome strangers, and it doesn't end well."
The idea of Ben as Warlow was introduced but could intertwine nicely with the current story path. This new direction could offer a contrast given that Sookie is protected from an ancient vampire killer and that a new, intelligent vampire should approach things in a way that exploits Sookie's deficiencies
Bill tries but ultimately fails to fulfill the dream of day walking after he gets fairly blood samples to Takahashi to synthesize. But Bill's work was squandered after Jessica went to town on all the fairy blood, which could possibly dash the hopes vampires walking in daylight.
True Blood airs on HBO Sunday's at 9 p.m.
