'Uncharted 4' Patch Brings Treasury Multiplayer Map, Leaderboard Changes
Some bug fixes are also included in the latest 'Uncharted 4' patch
"Uncharted 4" players may have already finished long ago with the latest Nathan Drake adventure, but there are still some additions coming to this game, with the newest one being a multiplayer map.
Now available to download for the game is a new patch, and its headline feature is none other than the map known as Treasury.
The folks over at Naughty Dog previewed the new map in a post on their official website, revealing that this is a "medium-scale map that combines tight interiors and wider exterior play spaces."
Developers also noted that Treasury should be a map that appeals to players who prefer short to mid-range combat while engaged in multiplayer matches.
Once players are able to familiarize themselves with the exterior settings of Treasury, they can then head inside and check out the gallery. However, they should know that the confines of this area can lead to firefights starting and ending very quickly.
Beyond adding the Treasury multiplayer map, the newest "Uncharted 4" patch also comes with some changes that will affect the leaderboards.
After the patch is installed, players will now need to put in at least three hours of gameplay before their stats can go on the leaderboards.
Furthermore, players who may have been on the leaderboards previously despite carrying low playtimes may find that they are no longer there. To change that, players can participate in one match and their stats should show up again.
The beginning of Ranked Season 5 was also ushered in by this patch.
The patch also contains fixes for the silencers used in the game, the Sci-Fi Helmet, the INSAS gun strap and the Type 95.
Developers also released another live update not too long ago that addresses issues with the Relic Booster as well as Survival Booster unlocks.
More details about other additions coming to "Uncharted 4" should be made available soon.
