'Under the Dome' Season 2 Spoilers: More Cast to Die, One Character Leaving Dome

The cast of "Under the Dome" was at Comic-Con in San Diego to tease fans about what's to come in the present season. The show was a smash hit for CBS during its premiere season, and the story has gotten more twists and turns that leave viewers hooked and craving for more. Those who were at the panel were show creator Neal Baer, Mike Vogel, Rachelle Lefevre, Alexander Koch, Eddie Cahill and Colin Ford.

Baer started off by confirming that more characters will die.

"Of course they are. No one is safe under the dome," he said. Baer also said that they've kept the body count low at the start of the season so they can "rev it up."

However, the show runner also said that there's a possibility that the dead can come back.

"When you're dead you're dead, but that doesn't mean that you can't be an avatar at some point and come back," he teased, hinting there's a possibility that departed characters might return. Baer also mentioned that they have found interesting ways to broaden the world.

"One of our characters might get out of the dome this season. Literally," he said.

Fans were also told to look out for Angie's killer this season, as everyone will get to find out who killed her.

"Revenge might be taken," said Koch.

Joe will also be on the lookout for clues to know who killed his sister, as Baer said that this is part of his transition from young man to adult. He will be spending a lot of his time "running around with a tablet trying to get emails," said Leferve. Baer says that they have a digital character working out of HoundsofDiana.com who's trying to communicate with Joe and that this character will be introduced in episode 8.

Watch "Under the Dome" on Monday at 9 p.m. central on CBS.
