Vicki Gunvalson on Brooks Ayers' Cancer: Vicki Agrees with Fan About 'Con Artist' Brooks
The biggest controversy revolving the recent season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" has got to be Brooks Ayers' diagnosis of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. All throughout the season, Ayers was seen less battling his disease and more on battling the women to prove that he actually has one. It had become so messy that Ayers was even forced to serve Meghan King Edmonds a cease and desist letter.
One of the only supporters Ayers really had in the show was his now ex-girlfriend Vicki Gunvalson. Despite the overwhelming dubious evidence that Ayers had presented about his condition, Gunvalson stood by his side, against her friends and even her own daughter. However, according to the Starcasm, it seems that Gunvalson may now be singing a different tune.
After she filmed the reunion for season 10 with the other girls last Oct. 1, Thursday, it's quite likely that the women had finally gotten through to Vicky as they convinced her of Brooks' deceitful actions. It is said that a source for The Real Mr. Housewife shared, "After the reunion, Vicki's outlook on Brooks has completely changed. She went into the reunion believing Brooks 100% but after seeing and hearing things from the women, Vicki doesn't believe Brooks at all. In fact, she thinks his cancer was faked and she no longer believes anything he told her." Having an open conversation with the women might have been the key for Vicki to finally see the truth.
Furthermore, the Inquisitr reports that in a recent Instagram post that Vicki put up last Sunday, she is seen having a relaxing time with friends. A fan then posted a comment about how Brooks Ayers is a "con-artist" and that he is "playing" Vicki. Gunvalson had surprisingly responded with an agreeing tone and sounding thankful. Her response was, "vickigunvalson: @harleysmom86 Your right.. I have finally realized that. Thank you."
For now, it seems that Gunvalson is trying to regain control of her life. She confirms that her relationship with Ayers is definitely over and that she is looking forward to future endeavors, such as her own talk show.
