'Victorious' Reunion News: Elizabeth Gillies 'So Down' to Revive Nickelodeon Series

Fans of the Emmy-nominated Nickelodeon series "Victorious" were disappointed when the show got canceled back in 2013. But, with the ongoing trend of revivals and reboots taking over, there could be hope for a "Victorious" reunion.

Elizabeth Gillies, who played Jade West in the series, definitely thinks that it is high time "Victorious" returns to the small screen.

"I'm so down. I keep speaking out of turn and saying I'm ready to do one tomorrow," Gillies, who is currently starring in The CW's reboot of "Dynasty," told PEOPLE. "I think everybody's down. I think we unanimously had a Twitter thing where somebody, I think it might've even been Ari, she's like 'I want to do this reunion, who else is down?' And we got even extended cast members to agree to it."

The tweet Gillies was talking about is from earlier this year. Grande took to Twitter to praise series creator Dan Schneider and pointed out that "Victorious" required a proper finale. The "Side to Side" singer even tagged her co-stars in the tweet.

Naturally, both cast members and fans of the show agreed with Grande's words. Apart from Gillies, Leon Thomas, who played Andre Harris, was also on board. Members of the extended cast also chimed in, with Eric Lange (who played their teacher, Erwin Sikowitz) and Michael Eric Reid (who played the strange Sinjin Van Cleef) replying to Grande's tweet. Drake Bell even put forth an idea to do a "Victorious" and "Drake & Josh" crossover.

Of course, a "Victorious" reunion would not be complete without its star, Victoria Justice. However, Justice has not spoken out on possibly doing a revival or a proper finale. There were previous rumors that the show had ended because of Justice and that she was feuding with Grande, but these claims have been repeatedly denied.

"Victorious" ran for four seasons from 2010 to 2013 on Nickelodeon.
