Watch Euro 2012 Germany vs. Denmark – Online Live Stream

Germany will be looking to safely and successfully conclude their navigation out of the Group of Death on Sunday as they take on Denmark in their final Group B game. Germany vs. Denmark will kick off at 2.45 p.m. EST and can be watched live on ESPN 2, or online through live stream on ESPN 3 (details below).

Germany currently sit comfortably on top of Group B following two wins out of two. However, it is not only the six points that have impressed critics and fans, but the manner by which Germany have disposed of some of the tournament's biggest teams in Holland and Portugal.

Germany have been efficient and ruthless, and there are no indications that they will let things slip up now against a much less favored Denmark side. However, Denmark have already caused one upset, beating Holland in their opening game, and also came within minutes to taking points from Portugal in game 2. However, as seen over the first two group games, Germany seem to be a different animal, and are operating on a higher level than those other two sides.

Denmark will be inspired by how Greece overturned the odds and beat Russia on Saturday to claim an unlikely spot in the quarter finals, and Denmark will be looking to emulate that achievement today.

The only way Germany can be knocked out now is if they lose to Denmark by two goals or more, or by a single goal in a result where they have scored only one or no goals (i.e. 1-0 or 2-1 to Denmark). And then they will only go out if the other game in the group goes against them and Portugal beats Holland. That sequence of results is highly improbably, more than anything because Germany have their own fate in their own hands.

Many will remember the game between these two sides in Euro 1992, when Denmark, who only qualified as a result of the breakup and warfare in Yugoslavia, upset the odds at ever round, making it to the final, where they amazingly beat Germany 2-0 in one of the greatest upsets in world soccer.
