As they narrate the story, describing things like Gabriel's announcement to Mary and the three Magi following the star, adults act out the scenes to hilarious effect.

This is definitely a different telling of the nativity story, with cameo appearances by things like Star Wars, air spray, a janitor, and modern carpentry tools.
Still, for all the random humor of the occasionally less than coherent young narrators, the basic points of the story and its eternal message remain true.
