Will Smith and Wife Jada Fuel Divorce Talks
Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have reportedly split their two kids and Jada has retained a renowned Hollywood divorce lawyer, fueling speculation that couple's marriage is officially over.
Will, 43, is living in Pa. with his 13-year-old son Jaden, while Jada has taken Willow, 11, and the two are living separately in Los Angeles, according to HollywoodLife.
"The kids are really suffering. They haven't spent any time as a whole family in months, and it's not going to happen anytime soon - if ever again," a source told HollywoodLife.

After months of divorce speculation Will and Jada, who have been married for 14 years, may be ready to call it quits after reports that they have grown more distant over recent years.
Some critics have attributed their allegedly looming divorce to their high pressure careers, while others suspect infidelity could be to blame. The couple's troubled marriage is said to be having a significant effect on their children.
"The kids hear everything that Will and Jada say about each other. They've shed tears over it. It's a hard time for them," a source said.
Jada, 40, is also said to have hired celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser dubbed "Disso-queen" by Hollywood, according to InTouch Weekly.
Wasser has represented a number of A-listers including Vanessa Bryant and Britney Spears, and a source tells InTouch that Jada has, "finally begun to take steps to dissolve their marriage."
The couple, who wed in 1997, has both had highly successful acting careers and came together in 2011 to deny reports that their marriage, was on the rocks.
Despite their denial, some critics are not convinced pointing out that many celebrities often initially deny split rumors particularly when children are involved possibly in a bid to protect them.
Jada's former step father told Star magazine that Will and Jada's marriage has been rocky, but that he is confident that they would do everything possible to protect their two children during their marital troubles.
"I'm sure [Will and Jada] take it into consideration, the psychological impact on the kids and what they could do to make it minimal. It would surprise me if they stayed together," Warren Brown told Star.
