William Levy Wows on 'DWTS' Through Injury
William Levy has returned to the ballroom on "Dancing With the Stars" despite an ankle injury and earned 29 out of 30 points Monday.
After ignoring the doctor's suggestion to rest the injury, Levy and his professional dance partner, Cheryl Burke, took to the dance floor with a fast-paced Argentine tango.
One day ahead of his performance on Monday, Levy posted on Twitter: "Just Wanted to let u know that I injured my right ankle pretty bad during rehearsal… MRI tomorrow. I'll let u all know… Love u all."

His partner, Burke, also posted about the ankle injury.
"Hoping that everything turns out ok with Williams ankle injury," wrote the professional dancer Sunday night. "Unfortunately things like this happens but praying it's nothing serious."
Burke and Levy's performance did not suffer as Levy was able to deliver a dance that earned the highest praise from "DWTS" judge Carrie Ann Inaba.
"I'm gathering myself," said the judge. "That was ridiculously amazing. You are so convincing, all I could think was, 'The Latin dancing James Bond is in the house!'"
It was after the couple received their near-perfect score that Levy discussed his ankle injury, telling "DWTS" co-host Brooke Burke-Charvet what that doctor said.
"He said my ligament was ripped up … 'You need to rest.' But, I said to him that tonight was no resting," said the Cuban-American actor.
Other high-scoring couples included "DWTS" contestants Katherine Jenkins and her partner Mark Ballas, who also earned 29 points. Donald Driver and Peta Murgatroyd saw third place with 27 points, tying with Maria Menounos and Derek Hough, who also received 27 points Monday night.
Latin Night on "DWTS" also saw performances by Santana as the remaining couples continued their quest for season 14's Mirrorball trophy.
The results show of "DWTS" airs on ABC Tuesday at 9 p.m. EST where one couple will face elimination.
